Beulah Compton, 89, of Edgewood, MD, passed away on July 20, 2015 at her home. Born in Duty, VA, she was the daughter of the late William and Mary Magdalene (McFadden) Taylor and wife of the late Guy B. Compton. In the 1940's she moved to Edgewood and married her husband Guy. For over 20 years, she worked for Safeway grocery store where she was a deli manager. She loved country line dancing, gardening and enjoyed feeding everyone.
Mrs. Compton is survived by her son, Gary L. Compton of Longwood, FL; brothers, Clifford Taylor of Bel Air, Avery Taylor of Ocean City and Rayford Taylor of Edgewood; sister, Violet Livingstone of Towson; grandson, Christopher Lee Compton; and loving nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by one sister and three brothers.
