Betty Lou Houck

BETTY LOU HOUCK, age 70, of Aberdeen, MD, died on April 26, 2007, at St. Joseph Medical Center, Towson, MD. Born in West Jefferson, NC, she was the daughter of the late Albert Byard and Elizabeth Enice Burkett Houck. A faithful Christian, she was a member of Upper Room Gospel Tabernacle. She was an excellent cook, always cooking country food from scratch, especially her chicken and dumplings. She loved the little children and was a faithful care giver to the entire family from young to old.

Ms. Houck is survived by two sisters, Lottie Rae Gilley of Perryman, MD, and Reba Greene of King George, VA; and numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great great nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by four brothers and six sisters.
