Betty Jane Stapleton

Betty Jane Stapleton, age 84, of Abingdon, MD, passed away on July 18, 2012 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, MD. Born in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of the late Louis Everett and Dorthea Elizabeth Thompson LeBrun and wife of the late Andrew L. Stapleton. She was employed at BGE where she was a Customer Service Representative. She loved animals and wrestling and was John Cena's biggest fan. She was an avid reader and liked spending time with her friends at Parkview.

Mrs. Stapleton is survived by her brothers, Louis E. LeBrun and wife, Halyna, of Garner, NC and John A. LeBrun and wife, Carol, of Bel Air, MD; five nieces and nephews which includes Kelly and Robert Schneeman of Abingdon who helped look after and take care of her. In addition to her parents and husband she was predeceased by her sister, Marlyn Schneeman.
