Betty E. Rasin

Betty E. Rasin, age 84, of Bel Air, Maryland passed away on August 5, 2017 at Lorien Riverside in Belcamp, Maryland. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, she was the daughter of Bernard and Elizabeth (Gorman) Dibbern, and was the wife of the late Charles L. Rasin Sr. She loved to crochet, play Bingo and be around children.

Mrs. Rasin is survived by her children, Kenneth Rasin, Joyce Rommel, Barbara Clem, Virginia Clem, Charlotte Owens and Charles Rasin, Jr.; 15 grandchildren, 16 great- grandchildren; and 3 great-great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Rosemarie Rasin.
