Betty Ann Nixon

Betty Ann Nixon, age 78, of Havre de Grace, MD, died on April 17, 2011 at Bel Air Health and Rehabilitation in Bel Air, MD. Born in Delta, PA, she was the daughter of the late John Richard and Saddie Elizabeth Markel Stephens, and wife of the late Billy Wayne Nixon. She was a member of both the Aberdeen and Havre de Grace Senior Centers. She loved animals, gardening, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Mrs. Nixon is survived by her son, Ty Nixon, and wife, Dow, of Edgewood, MD; brother John Stephens and wife, Terry; sister, Joan Rose; grandson, Kevin Nixon and wife, April; and great-grandchildren, Amani Nixon, Xavier Nixon, and Trinidey Nixon. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Services will be private.
