Bernadine Elizabeth Mitchell

Bernadine Elizabeth Mitchell, age 80, of Joppa, MD went home to be with the Lord on December 13, 2011 at her home. Born in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of the late John Nicholas and Eva Anna Rumuly Bougourd and wife of the late Howard Thomas Mitchell Jr. She was a homemaker and a faithful member of New Life Baptist Church in White Marsh.

Mrs. Mitchell is survived by her son, Howard "Butch" Thomas Mitchell III and wife, Pam, of Aberdeen, MD; daughters, Diann Patricia Norman and husband, Charlie, of Aberdeen, MD and Joyce Lynn Wilson and husband, Wayne, of Edgewood, MD; brothers, John Bougourd of Felton, DE, D. Edward Bougourd Sr. of Straton, PA, Albert Bougourd of Middle River, MD and George Bougourd of Millsboro, DE; grandchildren, Charles Norman Jr. and wife, Sandee, Jamie Williams and husband, John, Ayrin Wilmoth and husband, Ken, Teresa Pequeno and husband, Brad, Becky Reinhart and husband, Averell, and Jacob Wilson and wife, Sarah; and great-grandchildren, Alyssa and Hayley Williams, Kai and Dominic Pequeno, Jesse Norman, Everett and Dalton Harris, Ashley, Aaron, Liam, Daroch and Ryan Wilmoth, Quentin Reinhart, Victoria Carter; and Cuddles the rabbit. In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by her sister, Marguerite Leddon.
