BERGIN “JUNIOR” PRICE, JR., 75, of Lakeland, Florida, formerly of Edgewood, died at Savannah Cottage, Lakeland, Florida on November 29, 2003. Born in Raleigh, North Carolina, he was the son of the late Burgin and Loretta Leona Price. He served in the Navy during WWII and was a lifetime member of VFW Post 8672, Jarrettsville. A 32nd degree mason, he was a former member of the Masonic Lodge, Limestone, Tennessee and the Boumi Temple, Baltimore, Maryland.
Mr. Price is survived by his wife, Betty V. Lee Price; a son, Michael E. Price of Hope Mills, North Carolina; a daughter and son-in-law, Cynthia A. and Raymond W. Hutson, Jr. of Bel Air, Maryland; a brother, Wiley C. Price of Asheville, North Carolina; a sister, Fannie D. Yon of Lewisburg, Pennsylvania; five grandchildren, Suzanne M. Gardner, of Charlotte, North Carolina, Erik M. Price of Gulfport, Mississippi, Kevin E. Price of Randolph Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas, Philip B. Hutson of Bel Air, Maryland, and Diana K. Hutson of Bel Air, Maryland; and two great grandchildren, Madison A. Meshaw of Fayetteville, North Carolina, and Brandon A. Gardner of Charlotte, North Carolina. He was predeceased by a brother, Kenneth J. Price and two sisters, Agnes G. Owens and Annie B. Dean.
Pallbearers will be: Erik M. Price, Kevin E. Price, and Philip B. Hutson. Honorary pallbearers will be: Suzanne M. Gardner and Diana K. Hutson.0
