Benton Hope Gross, Jr.

BENTON HOPE GROSS, JR. age 81, of Bel Air, died at his residence on December 20, 2003. Born in Baltimore, he was the son of the late Benton Hope, Sr. and Lucile Wright Gross. He had retired after 44 years as a maritime pilot.

Mr. Gross is survived by his wife, Almeda Pennington Gross; one son, Jeffrey Hope Gross of Whiteford, PA; one daughter, Judith G. Gettner of Bel Air; and five grandchildren.
