Beatrice A. Russo

Beatrice A. Russo, age 94, of Bel Air, MD passed away on December 9, 2019 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, MD. Born in New York, NY, she was the daughter of Alfonso and Carmela (Iannicelli) Barbieri and wife of 65 years to the late Vincent Joseph Russo. She was a member of St. Ignatius Catholic Church. She enjoyed watercolor painting, crossword puzzles, cooking foreign cuisine, baking Italian pasteries and was known to be a problem solver. She enjoyed using computers to research, email, and create pictures using Microsoft's Paint program. Beatrice also loved listening to the Saturday afternoon opera radio broadcasts from the New York's Metropolitan Opera, she never missed a broadcast.

Beatrice is survived by her daughter, Janet K. Baker of Bel Air; son, Robert J. Russo of Bel Air and his wife, Robin; two grandsons, James G. Baker and his wife, Gina and Matthew A. Russo and his wife, Katherine; two granddaughters, Jennifer L. Ulloa and her husband, Haley and Kristen E. Russo and her significant other, Justin; great-granddaughter, Courtney Baker; and great-grandson, Brian Zaher.
