Barbara Walker

Barbara Walker, age 79, passed away on February 3, 2021 at her home in Fallston, Maryland. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, she was the daughter of Frederick Adam and Catherine Rebecca (Burton) Winterstein and wife of 59 years to Allen L. Walker. Barbara was a teacher with Harford County, teaching mostly at Bel Air Elementary School, retiring in 1995 after 31 years of teaching. She loved reading and spending time with her family.

In addition to her husband, Barbara is survived by her son, Allen Walker, II; two daughters, Deanna C. Kipp and Catherine Arnold; ten grandchildren, Douglas and Christopher Arnold, Amy Conneway, Amanda Starliper, Michael and Abigail Arnold, Samuel, Jessica, and Dana Kipp, and Lillian Walker; and two great grandchildren, Tristan and Lucian Conneway.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Carolyn Fields, and Linda Gogolin.
