Barbara Anne Overbeck

BARBARA ANNE OVERBECK, age 61, of Bel Air, MD, died on November 1, 2008 in Elkton, MD after a long battle with pancreatic cancer. Born January 28, 1947 in Denison, TX, she was the daughter of the late Willard Hickman and Rose Adele Bruno Overbeck. During her 25 plus year career with the Internal Revenue Service, Barbara served as a Tax Examiner, an Equal Employment Opportunity Investigator and an Information Technology Specialist.

Ms. Overbeck is survived by her sister, Cynthia Overbeck Horst and husband Benjamin Jacob Horst of Ft. Worth, TX; four nieces, Stephanie Adele Horst of Weatherford, TX, Elizabeth Anne Vinson and husband Curt Daryl Vinson of Granbury, TX, Major Diana Caron Loucks and husband Major Gary Allan Loucks of the U.S. Army, and Jennifer Lynne Horst of Dallas, TX; great nieces, Brittany Michelle and Chelsea Kaitlin Vinson of Granbury, TX; aunts, Lt. Col. Retired Helen Bruno of the U.S. Air Force of Fair Oaks, CA and Mrs. Frances Edmiston of Hardin, KY; cousins, Richard Edmiston of Kentucky and Ronald Edmiston of Oklahoma; and many loving friends.

Pallbearers will be John P. Coyne, Bill Elliot and Michael Weis. Honorary pallbearers will be Benjamin J. Horst, Curt Vinson and Gary Loucks, Jr.
