Tilley, Barbara Ann (Keller-Rose) Age 84 of White Marsh passed away May 30, 2022. She was born August 11, 1937 in Philadelphia Pa. to the late Wellington and Vesta (Kehher) Keller. Bobbi (name she liked to be called) was preceded in death by her first husband Clinton C. Rose Jr., second husband John H. Tilley, father & mother-in-law Benjamin & Madeline Levin, son Douglas Brian Rose, sister Joan Strunk & sister-in-law Joan Tomlinson.
She is survived by her children, Clinton C. (Teri) Rose III, John Gregory (Marilyn Ramsey) Rose, Michael Rose and Kristine (Jeff) Scarry; grandchildren, Clinton C. Rose IV, Justin Rose, Amy Rose Wollenhaupt, Stacy Ramsey, Brian Ramsey, Crystal Ramsey, Taylor Rose Palmer, Christian Rose, Meghan Scarry and Ben Scarry; great grandchildren Clinton C. Rose V, Chloe Rose, Jenna Suggs and Kaitlin Alsip; and numerous nieces and nephews, other family members & friends. We especially want to mention and thank Rachel Hairsine, Tomi Harris and Mary Mussard.
Upon graduating from Franklin High School, she married Clinton C. Rose Jr. She was a devoted wife, a thoughtful and caring mother and a what we would like to say a PROFESSIONAL VOLUNTEER. Some of her volunteer activities include: Founder and Continuous President of the GFWC Women’s Club of Greater Fallston, President of the Harford County Council for Global Awareness, Chairman of the Harford County Drug Abuse Council, Chairman of Ways & Means Committee Fallston High School, Member of the Harford County Commission on Aging, Chairman of the Harford County Steering Committee for Meals On Wheels, Member of the Board of Directors of Meals On Wheels of Central Maryland, Member of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of Meals on Wheels of Central Maryland, Board of Health Special Task Force a Political Appointment dealing with Alcohol/Drug & Mental Health Agencies & Member of the Harford County Council of Community Services to name a few. In 1988 she was nominated for the Maryland Candidate for the National Presidential Voluntary Action Award and even though she did not win she received a Special Recognition Award from the County Executive & County Council of Harford County, MD in recognition of her outstanding and unusual services. As much as she loved volunteering her true passion was raising and nurturing her family.
