Barb Ballard

Barb Ballard, age 67, of Fallston, Maryland passed away on July 25, 2020 at her home. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, she was the daughter of William and Josephine (Di Martino) Debus. Barb has been married for 36 years to her best friend, Michael “Mike” Ballard. She owned and operated Hire Quality Limousine Company for 20 years, retiring in 2016. She enjoyed her little dogs and gambling. She loved her grandchildren and cruising on ships.

In addition to her husband, Barbara is survived by her sons, Bryan Hall, Jeffrey Hall, Michael Ballard, Jr. and Robert Ballard; daughter, Deanna Quinn; grandchildren, Trinity Hall, Hannah Hall, McKenzie Ballard, Olivia Ballard, Chase Quinn, Brady Quinn and Aiden Ballard; sister, Joann Berterman; and brother, Bill Debus.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her first husband, Charles Reed Hall and sister, Carolyn Keiner.
