Bane Clifton Lawson Jr.

Bane Clifton Lawson Jr., age 79, of Edgewood, Maryland passed away on August 27, 2017 at his home in Edgewood. Born in Maxwell, Virginia, he was the son of Bane C. “Shorty” Lawson and Florence E. (Maxfield) Davidson and husband of the late Annas Janette Lawson. He worked at APG in Outdoor Recreation and Ruggles Golf Course for many years. Through his job he met many dignitaries and enjoyed taking them out hunting which he enjoyed very much. He and his wife built their house, which they were very proud of, from the ground up while working full time. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and enjoyed taking his children with him.

Mr. Lawson is survived by daughter, Connie Sue Bungori of Middle River; three sons, Ernest Wade Lawson of Red Lion, PA, Gary Wayne Lawson of Joppa and Ronald James Lawson of Perryville; grandchildren, Amy, Matthew, Theresa, Tim, Jay and Amber; several great grandchildren; brothers, Stuart Witton Lawson of Marietta, GA, Stanley Eugene Lawson of Aberdeen and Douglas MacArthur Lawson of Marietta, GA.
