Arvil Douglas Lyon

Arvil Douglas Lyon, age 63, of Joppa, MD, died on December 29, 2010 at his home. Born in North East, MD, he was the son of the late Arvil and Elsie M. Watson Lyon. A veteran of the U.S. Navy, he served our country in the Vietnam War. A gun collector, he was a Civil War enthusiast and participated in reenactments for the South.

Mr. Lyon is survived by his sisters, Brenda C. Tietjen of Blythewood, SC, Lousie L. Jackman of Pikesville, MD, and Sylvia L. Taylor of Bel Air, MD.
