Arthur Bevans "Otts" Marsh Jr.

Arthur Bevans "Otts" Marsh Jr., 74, of White Hall, MD passed away on September 23, 2017 at Gilchrist Hospice in Towson, MD. Born in Baltimore, MD he was the son of Arthur Bevans Marsh Sr. and Naomi Virginia (Scroggs) Marsh. He graduated from Kenwood High School in 1963, and worked as a custodian at Essex Elementary School for 36 years. An avid fan of Orioles baseball and Ravens football, he loved the "Old Colts". He enjoyed doing word search puzzles, singing, vacations, and meals, especially deserts. He enjoyed being with family, and loved and missed his beloved mother Naomi.

Mr. Marsh is survived by his sister, Donna L. Sexton and husband David of White Hall; nephews, David J. Sexton and wife Kimberly of Forest Hill and C. Todd Sexton and wife Jennifer of White Hall; great nieces and nephews, Brooke E. Sexton, Nicole K. Sexton and David R. Sexton all of Forest Hill, Grace E. Sexton, Benjamin T. Sexton and Lucas A. Sexton all of White Hall; cousin, Paul Wienhold; aunt and uncle Gloria and Gerard Wienhold.
