Anthony V. Ajello Sr.

Anthony Vincent Ajello Sr., 83 years old of Edgewood, Maryland, passed away on October 9, 2017 at Seasons Hospice at Franklin Square in Rosedale, Maryland. Born in Baltimore he was the son of Mary Lou Ajello. He is survived by his 2nd wife Genevieve Ajello, also survived by his 5 children from his 1st wife Shirley A. Ajello - Anthony V. Ajello Jr. (PA), Mary Lou Salamony (MD), Kathern Campbell (TN), Dominic Ajello (MD) and Theresa Wills (MD). Survived by 10 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.

He was a Sheet Metal Mechanic for many years and was the President of the Steel Workers Union for several terms. After retirement he worked as a guard for Absolute Security in the Harford County area. He was a volunteer member of the Abingdon Fire Department. In his earlier years he liked playing baseball, golf, bowling and fishing. He loved watching the Orioles and Colts. He also enjoyed trips to Atlantic City. He will be truly missed by everyone.
