ANTHONY “AGGIE” F. AGNELLO, age 54, of Belcamp, died at his home on December 1, 2002. Born in Brooklyn, New York, he was the son of Raymond John and Michielina C. Panaro Agnello of Queens, New York. A jockey since 1966, he had retired from horse racing in 1993. With 3000 winning races in his career, purses of over $10 million, he rode all over the country including The Preakness. He was a resident of Harford County since 1970.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Agnello is survived by one son, Anthony Agnello, Jr. of Centerville, Maryland; one brother, Benedict D. Agnello of Belcamp; and his fiancée and long time companion, Sharon Fox of Belcamp. He was predeceased by one brother, Raymond Agnello.
