Annie Joines

Annie Joines, age 81, of Street, MD passed away on March 27, 2018 at Dakota Broad Creek Assisted Living in Whiteford, MD. Born in Sparta, NC, she was the daughter of Boyd Rosevelt and Sallie (Edwards) Caudill and was the wife of the late Charles Edward Joines. In her youth she worked at Bata Shoe Company and Aberdeen Proving Ground as a clerk typist, retiring in 1975. She moved to Sparta, NC in 1978 where she worked many jobs but was well known for her sourdough bread. Her greatest love was her family and going to church. She was a lifelong member of Baptist View Baptist Church in Jarrettsville, MD.

Mrs. Joines is survived by daughter, Sharon D. Williams (Randall) of Street; grandchildren, Randall D. Williams, Jr. of Whiteford and Lindsay Lindner of Delta, PA; and great-grandchildren, Randall David Williams, III, Anna Mae Lindner and Josie Grace Lindner.
