ANNIE ESTELLA DILWORTH, age 98, of Bel Air, MD, died on January 11, 2007, at the home of her daughter. Born in Baltimore County, MD, she was one of five children of the late Robert Harrison and Betty May Orem Robertson and the wife of 46 years of the late James Benjamin Dilworth. She was a member of the Homemakers Club on the Eastern Shore, where she was also a member of several of the local churches. She was a member of Fork Christian Church for many years and taught Sunday school there. She attended the Hurlock Senior Center in Hurlock, MD. Her family said she loved gardening and flowers.
Mrs. Dilworth is survived by two daughters, Glenna L. Mach of Bel Air, MD, and Thelma R. Schmick of Preston, MD; five grandchildren, Glenda Andrew of Trappe, MD, James B. Schmick of Preston, MD, Kathy Jester of Preston, MD, Melissa Wade of Easton, MD, and Phyllis A. Harden of Forest Hill, MD; eight great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by one grandchild, Shelby J. Poole, and one great-grandchild, Joshua Poole.
