Anne Schumacher

Anne Schumacher, 86, passed away on March 12, 2017. She was born in Carbon County Pennsylvania to Orbison S. and Marian Buck and was a graduate of Kutztown University.

She leaves her husband of 44 years, Robert N. Schumacher, a daughter, Cynthia Marshall and son-in-law, Jeffery. She was predeceased by her son, Alfred W. Peppers Jr.

She was a loving Grandmother to Stephen Werneke (Meghan), Thomas Werneke (Jenevieve), Brandon Marshall (Sarah), Douglas Marshall (Jennifer) and Great Grandmother to Kody, Taylor, and Aiden. She lost her first husband, Alfred Peppers Sr., in 1962.
As a child, her fascination with geography led to her interest in travel. She and her husband loved to find, photograph and document covered bridges. They managed to find just about every one in the United States. She liked to paint and loved art.
