Anne Marie Bickauskas

Anne Marie Bickauskas, age 66, of Abingdon, MD, passed away on June 25, 2013 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, MD. Born in Baltimore, MD, she is the daughter of Rose Jeanne Hertsch Dunbar and the late Jean Ivor Dunbar. A longtime resident of Harford County, she retired from St. Joseph Medical Center and was the first female Commander of the American Legion Edgewood Post #17. She was also a member of Rosedale VFW Auxiliary and loved music, especially jazz.

Mrs. Bickauskas is survived by her husband of 32 years, Edward Bickauskas; son, James Wilson and wife Cynthia of Baltimore; daughters, Christina Hogan, Kari Jones and husband, Dathaniel, of Abingdon; stepdaughter, Jennifer Cobb and husband, Shane, of NC; brothers, James Dunbar and wife, Margaret of NC and Dennis Dunbar and wife, Claire of Edgewood; grandchildren, Kenneth, Sierra, Ian, Angela, Christopher, James, Robbie, Noah, Rowan and Brayden; great-grandchildren, Kenneth, Tiffany, Dillon, Kylee and Kierra; seven nieces and nephews; and many others who loved her. In addition to her father she was predeceased by her granddaughter, Michelle Thrasher.
