Anne Jaeger, age 73, of Bel Air, Maryland, died on April 24, at Johns Hopkins Hospital. Raised in Harford County, she was the daughter of Paul and Esther Silver Jaeger. After attending Wilson College in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, she began a career in medical research. Over the years, she was associated with Wyeth Labs, Stanford University, University of California at Irvine, the University of California at Los Angeles, and the National Institutes of Health. A resident of Harford County since her retirement, Anne was actively involved in research of family and local history, served as a volunteer at the Concord Point Lighthouse in Havre de Grace, and became the unofficial overseer of the Silver Family home 'Meadow Farm' in Darlington, Maryland.
Ms. Jaeger is survived by her brother John Jaeger of Ruxton, Maryland, and her nieces, Alison Jaeger, Kristin Jaeger, and Katherine Jaeger-Thomas, and grand-nieces, Eleanor Jaeger and Hannah Jaeger-Thomas. She was predeceased by her brother David Jaeger.
