Anna M. Elliott

Anna M. Elliott, age 93, of Edgewood, MD passed away on April 13, 2016 at the Senator Bob Hooper House in Forest Hill, MD. Born in Perryville, MD, she was the daughter of the late William Eugene Alexander and Jennie Lee (Bozman) Alexander, and wife of the late Robert L. Elliott whom she married on November 5, 1938. She worked at Epsteins Department Store for eight years and sold Avon products for four years. She was a member of Lord of Life Lutheran Church, enjoyed Baltimore Orioles and Atlanta Braves baseball, and loved crocheting and knitting. She was always on the road taking her daughter to majorettes and her son to baseball. She was always taking care of someone.

Mrs. Elliott is survived by her son, W. Michael Elliott of Bel Air; daughters, Roberta L. Gardin of Bel Air and Debi Elliott of Abingdon; seven grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, four great-great-grandchildren, three step grandchildren, two step great-grandchildren and five step great-great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband she was predeceased by her sister, Catherine Alexander.
