Anna Kowall Willis-Foultz

ANNA KOWALL WILLIS FOULTZ, age 86, of Kernersville, North Carolina, formerly of Joppa, died in the Winston Salem Health Rehabilitation Center on October 14, 2003, Born in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late Thomas E. and Jenny Lazaruck Kowall, and the wife of the late George B. Willis and the late Charles W. Foultz.

Mrs. Foultz is survived by three sons, George H. Willis of Middle River; Frederick H. Willis of Kernersville, North Carolina; Joseph N. Willis of Aberdeen; two daughters, Julia A. Duncan of Chincoteague, Virginia; Jane C. Harvey of Bel Air; one sister, Olga Bylen of Westminster; nine grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
