Anna Josephine Stanett

ANN STANETT, age 85, of Abingdon, died at Mariner Health of Forest Hill on May 14, 2003. Born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Antoinette Kudarowski Zamulevich, originally from Lithuania, and the wife for 53 years of the late Charles R. Stanett. She came to Harford County in October 1993. Family members said that she was an avid gardener, an accomplished cook, an active church member, but most of all, a loving and warm Mother, grandmother, and friend who always had time for others. Her kitchen in Pittsburgh was a gathering place for friends and family.

Mrs. Stanett is survived by two daughters, Charlotte Kozak and her husband, Peter Kozak of Abingdon; Patricia Bresnahan and her husband, Michael Bresnahan of Kennett Square, Pennsylvania; one son, Charles Stanett and his wife Barbara Stanett of Jacksonville, Florida; two brothers, Anthony Zamule and his wife, Veronica Zamule of Pittsburgh; Albert Zamule and his wife, Janet Zamule of Pittsburg; four grandchildren, Michael T. Kozak and his wife, Laura Kozak; John T. Kozak and his wife, Janis Kozak; Mary Elizabeth Kozak; all of Harford County and Rachel Stanett; three great-grandchildren, Kayla Ann Kozak, Jillian Martyne Kozak, Jacob Thomas Kozak; and many nephews and nieces and loving friends from Harford County and Pittsburgh, PA. In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by her sister, Veronica Grego.
