Ann Rochelle Odachowski
July 31, 1941 — April 15, 2024
In loving memory of Ann Rochelle Odachowski, age 82, of Edgewood, Maryland, who peacefully passed away on April 15, 2024, at Complete Care Multimed in Towson, Maryland.
Ann was born in Baltimore, Maryland, to the late James and Dorothy (Ladue) Tousley. She was a cherished social member of the American Legion in Edgewood and found solace in her faith as an attendee of the Mountain Christian Church. Ann was married to Richard Odachowski (now deceased) for 26 years and they found immense joy in the love they shared for their five boys, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
One of Ann's favorite pastimes was spending Friday nights at the American Legion, relishing in the company of dear friends. She found immense pleasure in the simple joys of life, taking leisurely walks along the boardwalk of Ocean City each summer, delighting in the vibrant energy of the bustling crowds. She will be remembered for her love, her loyalty, her infectious laughter, her incredible sense of humor, and, of course, her absolute love of dancing.
Ann will be deeply missed by her sons: Jim (Stacie), Ron (Karen), Rick (Vicki), Joe (Lester), and Randy (Martha). Additionally, she leaves behind 11 grandchildren (Megan, Cody, Ronnie, Jr., Kaeley, Jordy (Allison), Abby (Ryan), Liza, Peri, Joseph, Jr., Nick, and Nate), 8 great-grandchildren (Kate, Kelsey, Caleb, Jameson, Natalie, Charlotte, Lorelei, Eleanor), and her sisters, Margaret Melvaso and Karen Hunt. She will also be deeply missed by the numerous other “kids” she loved and encouraged. She seemingly had an endless supply of love and kindness. She had a fierce loyalty to family and friends.
In honor of Ann's compassionate spirit and love for animals, contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Harford County, 2208 Connolly Road, Fallston, MD 21047, or online at https://www.harfordshelter.org/.
Ann's kindness, warmth, and zest for life will forever live on in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know her.
May she rest in peace.
