Amelia ''Honey'' Hammen

Amelia (Honey) Hammen, 86, of Joppatowne, MD, died Monday, April 4, 2016 at Oakwood Care Center in Middle River, MD. Born May 24, 1929 in Baltimore, MD Amelia was the daughter of the late Marie and step-father William Beahm.

In addition to her parents, Amelia was preceded in death by her husband, George (Hobey) Hammen; and two sons, Edward and Steve Hammen.

Survivors include one daughter, Joan Johns and her husband, Albert (Lane) of Florida; three sons, Thomas Hammen and his wife Sonia of Maryland, Jim Hammen and his wife Missy of Florida, and George Hammen of Maryland; three grandsons, Eddie Hammen, Jay and Barry Hammen; three granddaughters, Stacy Wootton, Kristina Kramer and Jennifer Ford; and thirteen great-grandchildren, Hailey, Hunter and Casey Hammen; Skyla and Starlyn Wootton; Bella, Hobey and Max Kramer; Cade, Dane and Lainey Hammen; and Gracie and Cole Hammen.

Funeral services will be private.
