Stepsister- to Michael Kozak, and Amanda Meise, Stepdaughter of Tim Kozak. Also survived by Maternal grandfather- Ernie Anderson, Sr., and Pateran grandmother- Susan Bundy. Visitation will be held Sunday November 27, 2016 at 1-4 PMat the Kurtz Funeral Home, 1114 Baldwin Mill Road, Jarrettsville, Maryland 21084.
