Alvaro Rodriguez

ALVARO RODRIGUEZ, age 78, of Bel Air, MD, died on May 11, 2008 at Lorien Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Bel Air, MD. Born in Lima, Peru, he was the son of the late Maximo Alvaro and Isabella Leon-Valardi Rodriguez. He was a mathematician working in operations research and had received two Masters Degrees and a Bachelors Degree from Johns Hopkins. He was a devoted husband, and a loving father and grandfather.

Mr. Rodriguez is survived by his wife, Barbara Stephens Rodriguez of Bel Air, MD; a daughter, Dawn Grandizio and her husband, Arthur, of Bel Air, MD; two grandchildren, Lauren and Rachel Grandizio of Bel Air, MD; and mother-in-law, Ethel Stephens of Bel Air, MD.
