Alma Eleene Cutlip Hannah, age 76, of Bel Air, MD, died on May 5, 2011 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, MD. Born in Lobelia, WV, she was the daughter of the late William Colbert and Hanora Mae Kennis Cutlip and wife of the late George Allen Hannah, who she married in 1954. A Bel Air resident for most of her life, she worked for Glen Eagles Sewing Factory for 31 years and then the Harford County Department of Aging, where she retired. She was very meticulous with her self and her home, loved gardening, traveling, cooking and baking. She loved her Irish heritage and still followed some Irish traditions while also being patriotic for the USA. Being very outgoing and friendly, she loved to talk to people and loved her faith at Mountain Christian Church.
Mrs. Hannah is survived by her daughter, Phyllis Jean Simmons and husband, Joseph, of Bel Air, MD; brother, Robert Cutlip of Rosedale, MD; and great grandson, Corey Lee Perkins Jr. In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by brothers, Delbert Fowler, Arthur, Henry, Dallas and Edward Cutlip; sisters, Lena and Ruth Doss and Veda Amrein; and grandson, Corey Lee Perkins.
