Aleta Gilbert

ALETA GILBERT, age 77, of Havre de Grace, MD, died on March 7, 2006 at her home. Born in Grassy Creek, NC, she was the daughter of the late Jones Burgwyn and Alice Ida Caudill Eller, and the wife of the late Bennett W. Gilbert. She retired from Aberdeen Proving Ground after 15 years of service where she was a dietician assistant. She enjoyed reading the bible and taught Sunday School at Carsins Run Baptist Church for many years. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and her family.

Mrs. Gilbert is survived by two sons, Michael C. Dressler and Jeffrey J. Dressler, both of Havre de Grace, MD; three sisters, Dell Farmer of Galax, VA, Josephine Pasley of Havre de Grace, MD and Mae Hale of Mouth of Wilson, NC; and two grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by two sons, Eddie C. Morrison and Lester E. Dressler.

Pallbearers will be: Joe Spicer, Ricky Palsey, Kenny Palsey, Chuck Roop, Michael Dressler, and Jeff Dressler.
