Aggie H. Shaffer

Aggie H. Shaffer, age 71, of Perryville, MD passed away on September 1, 2012 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, MD. Born in Phillipi, WV, she was the daughter of the late Virgil Ervin and Iris Ferguson. A very proud and patriotic American, she retired from the Commissary at Aberdeen Proving Ground after 27 years of service. A resident of Harford County for 65 years, she enjoyed playing bingo and spending time with family and her grandchildren and she loved animals.

Ms. Shaffer is survived by her sons, Nicholas Weaver of Panama City, FL, Perry Shaffer II and wife, Selena, of Edgewood, MD and Lloyd Ferguson of FL; brother, John Ferguson of NC; sisters, Carolyn Modderman of MI, Evelene Newell of PA and Evelyn Carpenter of Edgewood, MD; and three grandchildren, Ella Mae Shaffer, Ashley Isaac and Heaven Raiber. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her son, James Weaver II; brothers, Aubrey and Douglas Ferguson; and sister, Sharon Pressimone.
