Wayne Norman was born on November 3, the son of Howard and Juanita (Clark) Norman. He passed away on March 4, 2018 at the age of 62. Wayne married his high school sweetheart, Linda (Isennock), to whom he has been married for 42 years. A lifelong resident of Maryland, he loved Harford County where they lived and raised their two children, Howard “Chip” Wayne Norman III and Ashley E. Sicher. He is survived by a granddaughter, Adaline Sicher; son-in-law Brian Sicher; brother, Stephen Norman; and two sisters, Amy Owens and Emily Meoli. He was preceded in death by his sister, Anne Hellmann.
Wayne Norman graduated from the University of Baltimore in 1976 with a Bachelor’s Degree in History. He returned to the University of Baltimore School of Law where he received his Judicial Doctorate. For over 35 years, Wayne owned and operated his own law firm becoming a fixture in the Harford County Courts. Wayne was a member of the Harford County Liquor Board as well as, the Harford County Republican Central Committee. Wayne was honored to serve his constituents in the Maryland House of Delegates from 2008 until 2014. He was elected to the Maryland State Senate in 2014 where he served his beloved community of Harford and Cecil Counties. In his spare time, Wayne had a passion for trains, MGs and camping with his family.
